Melted Butter Policy
We ship from Texas, where temperatures can reach and/or exceed 100 degrees during the summer months until September. We DO NOT offer refunds for melted butter. Please ensure that you retrieve your package as soon as possible to avoid melting/ leaking. If your butter melt, DO NOT throw it away. Sit out in a cool, indoor climate or refrigerate. The butter may end up being a different consistency; however, the butter will maintain its moisturizing properties. Although we take measures to prevent melting, we cannot guarantee no melting, as this is still a possibility during transit. Once you receive your products, we advise you to keep them away from windows and direct sunlight. *This applies to all products containing butter.*
Knowledge of Ingredients and/or Allergens:
It is important that you are aware of ingredients/allergens that could affect you. Always refer to the ingredient list under individual products. Although we only use high quality ingredients in our facility, we realize all skin is not created equal as it pertains to sensitivity. It is your responsibility to read, understand, and accept the terms of services.
Luxeura Naturals, LLC is not responsible for any reactions. We advise you to conduct a patch test before full use if you have any concerns. Stop using immediately if allergic reaction occurs.

Our products are made with naturally derived ingredients, which in rare cases may cause sensitivity for some individuals. If sensitivity occurs, discontinue use immediately.
