Heat-Sensitive Products
Some Luxeura products contain natural plant butters and may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during transit.
During warmer weather, we take additional precautions when shipping heat-sensitive products, which may include insulated packaging, gel packs, and adjusting shipment days to help reduce extended exposure to heat during transit. Despite these precautions, we cannot guarantee that heat-sensitive products will remain completely unaffected by high temperatures while in the carrier's possession.
During periods of extreme heat, shipment of heat-sensitive products may occasionally be delayed to help reduce prolonged exposure to high temperatures in transit.
If Your Body Butter Arrives Softened or Melted
If your Body Butter arrives softened or melted but the container is intact and there is no leakage, place it in the refrigerator until it firms to your preferred consistency. Once firm, it may be stored at normal room temperature.
Melting or softening caused by heat does not necessarily mean the product is damaged.
If a heat-sensitive product arrives leaking, with damaged packaging, or otherwise damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Transit damage is handled according to our Shipping Policy.

Allergens & Ingredient Sensitivities
Luxeura products are made in a shared production environment where ingredients such as coconut, honey, milk, oats, and botanical butters may be used.
We clean and store equipment and utensils between production runs; however, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Please review the full ingredient list for each product before use, particularly if you have known allergies or ingredient sensitivities.
If you have sensitive skin or known ingredient sensitivities, consider patch testing a small amount before broader use.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
