Melted Butter Policy
At Luxeura Naturals, our body butters are 100% natural and free from stabilizers, emulsifiers, or synthetic additives. Because of this, melting can occur—especially during warmer months.
We ship from Texas, where summer temperatures often reach 100°F or higher. As a result:
We do not offer refunds or replacements for melted butter.
To minimize melting, please retrieve your package promptly once delivered.
If your butter arrives melted:
- Do not discard it.
- Place the jar in a cool indoor space or briefly refrigerate it.
- The butter will firm up again.
Please note: after melting, the texture may change (often becoming fluffier or more solid), but the product remains safe, effective, and fully usable.
This policy applies to all products that contain butter.
Knowledge of Ingredients & Allergens
We encourage each customer to carefully review the full ingredient list on every product page before purchasing.
While our formulas are crafted with gentle, plant-based ingredients suitable for sensitive skin:
- Every individual's skin reacts differently.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of personal allergies or sensitivities.
- A patch test is recommended prior to full use.
Luxeura Naturals LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivity issues.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
